We’re relatively small still, though each year we expand our growing space a bit more. We have horses, pigs, chickens, one steer and a milk cow, all who contribute compost at least to our growing operation. We start all our own plants and sell many starts as well, including heirloom tomato varieties. Both our home and our farming operation is entirely off-grid and we’re working toward using draft animals as the main motive power on our farm.
Sweet Meadows Ranch is open for customers to visit, by appointment.
You can check out the local goodness that Sweet Meadows Ranch has to offer at the Chewelah Valley Fresh Market.
